Delivery and Return

DELIVERY 

Deliveries of products sold on rendelparis.com website take place in mainland France, the EU, the French overseas departments and territories as well as in the rest of the world. .

The order will be delivered to the place on a date indicated on the order form.

ORTOLE FRENCH DESIGNER declares that it has the necessary means to ensure that the product will be delivered in accordance with current regulations and rules within the prescribed time frame.

ORTOLE FRENCH DESIGNER also declares to be insured for its professional civil liability.

RETURNS

Our return policy duration is 30 days. If 30 days are passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you refund or product exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and have the same condition when you received it. The original packaging should also be returned. 

To make a return, you must show a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where we accept only a partial refund : (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in the original condition or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to our mistake.

* Any item that is returned after more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send a confirmation email that the item is received. We will also contact you about our decision to approve or reject the refund request.

If the request is approved, the refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
